Como 1907 is a club that goes beyond mere financial support, demonstrating a deep commitment to social inclusion through its collaboration with OSHa. This partnership, which has lasted for years, focuses on promoting sports for people with disabilities, ensuring they have access to authentic and meaningful sports experiences. During the last season, the club actively participated in the project "Io per te, tu per me," which highlighted volunteering and created bonds between young volunteers and athletes with disabilities. Today, Como 1907 continues this journey with the new project "Nuotiamo Insieme – Swimming and Training," which introduces structured training for volunteers. This approach aims to provide technical and relational skills essential for an inclusive sports environment. Volunteers are not just present; they become prepared and motivated figures capable of meeting the athletes' needs. For the athletes, this translates into a more complete sports experience that goes beyond physical activity, including relationships and personal growth. The continuity of projects is fundamental to the collaboration between Fondazione Como ETS and OSHa, allowing for the construction of a lasting and meaningful inclusion pathway. As emphasized by OSHa's President, Mariangela Volpati, Como 1907's commitment demonstrates that inclusion is a fundamental value that must be supported over time.
